We exist to incorporate short-term mission groups in the Great Commission of reaching the unreached and to strengthen the churches in Mexico and the United States.

We are C&MA Missionaries on the ground in Ensenada, because we’re a family run ministry we can be casual and flexible. You won’t have to deal with a large mission agency with impersonal people and complicated regulations. We’re warm, friendly, and easy to deal with. We’d like to invite you to participate in a short-term mission experience to Mexico with our family. We work with a Short Term Mission Teams and we who offer short-term missions experiences for Christian youth, students, teens, college, adults, family, youth groups, medical, construction, and church teams.
We minister with 6 C&MA churches that are very young and we have a vision to plant 20 churches within the next 5 years in our area in the greater Ensenada area of Baja California. Our vision is to plant and strengthen churches by offering short term mission experiences. You’re needed in short term missions with us!
We provide a clean, safe stay while serving on your short term mission experience to Mexico. We are located about 20 minutes south of downtown Ensenada.
It provides the perfect setting for short term groups to stay while serving in Mexico. You can feel secure that your team will be in a safe, but yet you experience life in Mexico. We are located about two hours South of San Diego. We use a local church and rent 3 apartments along with a second floor house, the facilities include: dining room, meeting room, hot showers, flushing toilets, dorms with bunk beds & cushions, campfire area. The ministry base can accommodate around 70.
The cost is very affordable
We offer affordable, safe short term mission experiences to Ensenada, Mexico. We do everything possible to keep fees low so everyone can experience a mission trip and at the same time, offer high quality service. Group fees cover the following: food, lodging, construction materials for your work projects, tools for work projects, most ministry & media equipment for your ministries, puppets and puppet stage, boom boxes, cds in Spanish, coordination of all your ministries and work projects, Spanish translation help, and our onsite presence and assistance at all times.
We provide great food
We offer some great food no matter how large your mission team is. For breakfast you will be treated to a great continental meal including; hot & cold cereal, waffles, toast, yogurt, fruit such as mango, papaya, pineapple, watermelon, cantaloupe & honey dew, juice, coffee and tea. Lunch is our most basic meal, what can you do on the job site? We pack lunches in igloo coolers before we leave in the morning with sandwiches, cookies, chips & fruit. Dinner is our favorite meal; because we hire national women to cook traditional Mexican meals like; tamales, enchiladas, pozole, tostadas, and carne asada tacos.
We do not provide transportation to help you even more
Rent 4 Less and Fuller Ford will rent you a 15 passenger van for around $1100 including Mexican insurance!
We will provide a large Coordinator’s Manual to help you organize your mission trip, provide group training resources for your ministries, culture awareness, and more
Our manual will clearly walk you through everything you’ll need to know to plan your short term mission experience to Mexico, get your mission team ready for ministry, and prepare them for cross cultural sensitivity.
As a pastor I brought several mission teams down to Mexico to serve. We have organized youth mission trips & family mission trips. We understand what it’s like as a Group Coordinator. We know that you want to truly serve, and at the same time, see your youth, family, and adult’s lives changed. We are convinced that Short Term Mission experience has the potential to radically change the person that comes. Part of the purpose of what we do is to help you bring about real life change in your Team Member’s lives. We have also put together a large manual at your fingertips for help in preparing your team.
We coordinate your schedule according to your groups abilities & desires
Because we live in Mexico and have a year around ministry to the pastors & churches in our region, we have a good pulse on the needs here. We also have 15 years of experience in working with short-term missions. We provide help and coordination with your VBS, Work Projects, Outreaches, Evangelism, and more. We coordinate along with our team everything before you arrive and take care of all the details for your ministries. You’ll arrive knowing everything has been coordinated ahead of time for your mission’s experience!
We serve with you and assist you during your stay in Mexico.
We will serve alongside of you and act as your hosts; we really do love to build relationships with our groups stateside. If you need help in any area, we’re here to come alongside of you and help out; before, during or even after.
We can customize your mission trip to fit your style and abilities
No two-mission experiences are the same; it really depends on how God has gifted your team. We really need to live out “flexibility”; God continues to teach us what that means for us in Mexico! We will try to customize your schedule to accommodate you in almost any way you would like. A short-term mission experience to Mexico can have an emphasis towards a Youth mission trip, High School, Jr. High, Teens, Students, College, medical, construction or a Family mission trip. We are set up to handle any kind of short-term mission experience you might want to put together. Our short-term center uses and needs all types of groups.
We provide Spanish help if you need it
We will provide people who are fluent in Spanish and can assist you if you lack translators or the ability to speak Spanish.
The weather here in Baja California is pleasant year around
Contrary to what many might think about Mexico, the area in which we are located, Ensenada, Baja California, is very pleasant year around! Winter highs are in the 70s, lows in the 50s. Summer highs are in the high 80s, lows in the 60s. With temperatures mild year around, a short-term mission experience can be made anytime during the year. We also have beaches that are clean, sandy, and little used.
