Vision

Our role is to partner with the Northern District in the Dominican.  We will be working close with the District Superintendent and the field to determine projects and ministry opportunities.  The District currently has 30 churches with a vision to plant 20 more.  As we have sought God on how we can  minister in Santiago, we felt that opening an Envision Café in the heart of Santiago would be a great place to reach the younger generation for Christ.  Part of this Café will have an upper room ministry, focusing on prayer.

We have discovered that short term mission groups can play a vital role in fulfilling the Great Commission when linked up with long term missionaries. We have developed our philosophy of ministry as a result of seeking advice from national pastors, from our experience as missionaries, and from working with short-term mission groups. It is important to us to earn respect and trust as we seek out our ministry.

Our philosophy of ministry focuses on linking up short-term mission groups with the churches we work with in Santiago. Through these churches we run ministries & outreaches, it is only by strengthening and working through the local church, the fruit of a short term mission group will remain long after the groups are gone. This will ensure maximum fruit and impact!
