Testimonies

“Thank you so much for opening your home and, especially, your hearts to us.  I need this and won’t soon forget the people here and this whole experience.  I am excited to come back and reunite with the friends here.  You are all a huge part of me now.  God bless you, Rick and Family.”

“Rick & Tammie,

It was great being with you these past few days.  It’s obvious that God is using you in significant ways to do His work!  Your passion is contagious.  I am excited that PAC has partnered with you and that I am able to participate in that.  It is also clear that the local pastors look to you as a mentor and friend, and that you’re helping them in many ways!  Thank you for the time you spent showing me many of the places that God is at work.

I will be praying for you both, that God will continue to guide you and give you strength in all that He has given you to do.  Also, that His direction will be clear and the resources will be there to allow you to move forward with all that He lays on your heart!  I will also be praying that He will put people down in Ensenada, in your path, that can be the friends that we all need in our lives.

Your brother in Him,
Dave”

“Thank you for living God’s call in Mexico!  It has been a joy to be here.  God has taught me much about His strength and power, as well as His rest!  I was able to meet a whole new branch on the family tree who I can’t wait to spend eternity with…”

“I found the pattern of life this week to be awesome and exhilarating.  I loved meeting three of four times a week in the evenings for worship and sharing and then going out the next morning to put feet on what we believe.  I loved praying together as a group every morning.  I think the Christian life was meant to be like this.  Church was meant to be like this.  I know I am very disatisfied with the “big event” Sunday morning and “live for myself” attitude the rest of the week.  God is prepping me for change that is coming to the church.  There is more.  Bring it on Lord!”

“A switch was flipped inside today when we arrived at the boys’ home.  I don’t know if it was a culmination of the week’s events of the fact that this was the only place in Mexico for the boys in need to turn, but I saw God’s hand in action…  The emotion was totally indescribable.”
